It was a clinic today as Brial Rose and Ella Bent combined beautifully in Wagga’s 1000m scamper. They weren’t going to break the clock in heavy conditions but the combination broke the hearts of her rivals in the last. Ella’s best asset is her balance, and it was showcased today as she guided the experienced 5YO mare through tricky conditions. Today’s effort made it win number 4 at start 17 which is another great advertisement for the stallion Denman.

It was hard not to smile today as our in-form apprentice Ella Bent put on a clinic with BRIAL ROSE. This Denman mare has building into her campaign nicely, and with the finishing touches applied by Albury’s master trainer they were off and gone.

It was an astute ride by our stable apprentice Ella Bent who saved ground and went whoosh at Narrandera today. It’s never easy to find the best going on these rain affected winter tracks, but this wasn’t an issue as class prevailed. This is win number 3 for Savahay who continues to progress through the grades with style.

It was a clinical performance from Rumours Abound today in the seventh event at Wangaratta, jumping, finding the front one wide, and never saw rump enroute to a 3L victory. Ella Bent had a tricky task but handled it superbly, taking luck out of the equation, sending her forward and from there it was an easy watch, the 6YO proving a class above going to the line only under slight urgings to make it six wins from 21 starts.
